Mountain Roots Education & Sweet Hollow Farm have joined forces to make it possible!

The details:

  • Open to ages 7-13

  • Choose your camp session:

    • Monday thru Thursday or Monday/Wednesday only, 9am-3pm (with early drop off and late pick up possible)

  • The first session starts June 29th. Sign up for one week or all six!

  • Cost: $280/each week or $150/Mon/Wed session

  • Location: Sweet Hollow Farm, Victor, ID

A day at camp....

What can you and your child expect?

Every day will look a little different, but you can count on engaging outdoor activities throughout.

Here's a sample schedule:

Morning: Welcome and daily group check-in, followed by garden work/harvesting

Mid-morning: Recipe testing (using garden ingredients when possible) and snack, followed by free play

Lunch: Please send a packed lunch for your child

Afternoon: Assorted activities such as art projects, hikes/nature walks, or special presentations by knowledgeable locals

What to pack

  • lunch and an afternoon trail snack

  • water bottle 

  • closed-toe shoes

  • sunscreen

  • weather appropriate clothing (sun shirt and hat, extra layer, rain jacket)
